RAPID CITY ---- A late-afternoon, October thunderstorm ended the fall golf season a little early Thursday at Meadowbrook Golf Course in Rapid City as the South Dakota School of Mines played host to a triangular with Chadron State and Black Hills State. The meet was shortened to a nine-hole event after about an hour rain delay.
RAPID CITY --- The South Dakota School of Mines men's and women's golf teams both travelled to Mitchell this past weekend to compete in the Palace City Classic hosted by Dakota Wesleyan University. The Hardrockers took ninth in the men's division with a two-day team score of 656 and the SD Mines women's team finished 10th for the 36-hole event with a tally of 816 strokes.
SCOTTS BLUFF, Neb. --- The South Dakota School of Mines women's golf team finished up its second round of play Tuesday afternoon during the second Rocky Mountain Conference Golf Meet at Scotts Bluff Country Club in Scotts Bluff, Neb., where the Lady Hardrockers finished with a team score of 821 to finish in ninth place.
